The mission of the entire S Group is to work together to make a better place to live in. As a Pirkanmaa-based company, our mission is, of course, to work together to make Pirkanmaa a better place to live in. We succeed in this by taking small actions with a big heart, together with our POK employees, co-op members and stakeholders.When developing our services, we must keep our key cooperative mission clear in mind: making daily life easier for our co-op members. Cooperative enterprises also need to be profitable, but we do not need to maximise our profits. The profits are used for member benefits, services and their development. Our key strategic goal is to deliver increasing benefits to our co-op members. We want to be our members’ best partner and everyday helper.Each co-op member owns an equal share of their co-op and has the opportunity to influence its operations. Because we are a cooperative enterprise, the co-op members are jointly developing the wellbeing of Pirkanmaa with us through our partnerships.
